How do I activate my new Milestone Credit Card?

Do I need perfect credit to be approved for the Milestone card?

Does the Milestone Gold credit card offer balance transfers from other credit cards?

No, the Milestone card, being an introductory credit card with a very low limit, does not permit balance transfers.
